Should an item qualify for return, Customer must contact us first.
Item must then be shipped back to us at buyers expense and upon examination and confirmation that the item be defective will a refund for purchase price only be granted.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items that have been tampered with or damaged by USPS or customer, will not be accepted.
